The 100 itself can be read as a horror story, with its dark, twisted narratives and ominous character deaths. There wasn’t a moment when my heart and my head didn’t pulse intensely when situations arose. Then, again, moments in my life mirrored identical emotions and tailspins.
But I digress. During that weekend in August (28th-30th), Bob Morley and Eliza Taylor were in Kingsport, TN, for the fourth annual Smokey Mountain Terror! Convention. The ever-popular duo, famously known as Bellamy Blake and Clarke Griffin in the dystopian drama (and in other roles), spent three glorious days with fans and loved ones. While we all know cons are about autographs, professional photo ops, and info-packed panels, the time spent with the stars is what makes the events so memorable and fun.
And Smoky Mountain Terror! was no different, entering that realm. There were even a few surprises tossed in, making the weekend even more memorable. One might even say there was magic involved, but they were meant to be.

The 100 Panel at Smoky Mountain Terror Con 2026
Bob Morley and Eliza Taylor drop The 100 secrets, and a fun surprise happens while at Smoky Mountain Terror 2026 in August! The 100 Season 7 is available now on DVD and Blu-ray. Visit Grounders Source on our website and give us a follow on our social media channels!
During their panel, Bob and Eliza answered an explosion of fan questions, with 8 Lug Circus team members monitoring. By going directly to the audience, they created an exciting, personal experience. Up until Smoky Mountain Terror!, I had no idea 8 Lug Circus existed, but I’m glad that they do, because this media company really brings in the convention spirit.
As we reel into the juicy panel, they covered many topics, including on-set “stealing” (I would have taken Clarke’s entire wardrobe), travel advice, and so much more! Toward the end, an engagement proposal took place between two die-hard fans. It was amazing to be a part of that, proving that there’s a strong truth in connecting entertainment and personal lives.
Outside the panel, ops, and autos, merch vendors were set up, with so much variety and talent embedded in the artwork. Naturally, I most likely brought nearly every The 100 item offered, and one merchant in particular, Imperfect Creations, had plenty of irresistible show-themed merchandise that was too cool to pass up. Even better news! Imperfect Creations will be a vendor at Conageddon 6 in 2027.
If you haven’t done so already, be sure to grab a ticket before time runs out. As of this writing, there are only 70 chances left to attend.
More fun Smoky Mountain Terror details (and will there be another The 100 reunion?)
Before we wrap up our recount of SMT 2026, there are a few more highlights to touch base on. The first one is getting to meet Jack Osbourne. If you don’t know who he is, he’s the son of the late rock legend, Ozzy Osbourne. The dude was friendly, easy to talk to, and he enjoyed talking about the good old days. Before life became mostly a dumpster fire.
Another one is how nostalgic SMT was in terms of revisiting the 1980s and 1990s horror culture. As one who grew up in the era, it hits differently, because the memories rush back to you like a blood wave.
And yes, there’s going to be more The 100 guests in the 2027 edition of SMT. Adina Porter, Lindsey Morgan, and Zach McGowan have been confirmed. Let’s hope that Bob and Eliza will be added to the list.
The 100 can be streamed on Pluto TV, Prime, or brought on DVD as a full collection.
