The 100: The Complete Series on DVD

With the beloved show being removed from Netflix US on December 18, now is the time to pick up the DVD set with all seven seasons. What I love about having a physical copy is that, in the unlikely event a show or movie is removed from streaming, I’ll have it forever. Plus, there will be bonus material that isn’t available on streaming services unless you purchased it separately on iTunes while The 100 was airing live on the CW Network.

The bonus content includes behind-the-scenes footage, bloopers, commentary, with much more that only strengthens the lore of the series and will delight any fan.

The 100 Book Collection by Kass Morgan

Before The 100 was developed into an award-winning series, it was influenced by the first book that was written by the New York Times best-selling author, Kass Morgan. Her vision for Bellamy, Clarke, and Octavia- as well as the plot-flew differently than the show, but the texts are filled with stories of survival and hope. As a bonus and entirely canon, Bellarke is endgame!

The 100 Funko Pops

In 2017, Funko released The 100 Pop Collection, which featured six main characters from season 2: Clarke, Bellamy, Octavia Blake (Marie Avgeropolous), Lexa (Alycia Debnam-Carey), Raven Reyes (Lindsey Morgan Sipos), and Lincoln (Ricky Whittle). They’re inspired by their personas from season two, where we first met Lexa and witnessed the inhumane horrors of Mt. Weather. There’s even a SDCC 2017 exclusive Reaper Lincoln.

Shortly after the Pops’ release, the collection was vaulted, leaving a brief window to purchase them. As a result, finding one became harder, and with The 100 breathing new life into fans, they’ll want one. The best option to attain a little Bellamy, Clarke, or the other littles is through eBay or Etsy. The latter is also a good choice, as fan artists create one-of-a-kind pieces that can be custom-ordered. I have four custom-made ones, and I love them.

The 100 fan-created merch on Redbubble and Etsy

Speaking of fan-created Pops, Redbubble is an online merch shop filled with clothing, stationery, home goods, and more featuring The 100 art. Many people have shopped here to get some sweet merch, as Warner Bros. hardly releases any official stuff. You could also find other goodies on Etsy, as many artists have fandom-dedicated shops. Their offerings include jewelry, stickers, books, prints, and even cosplay items.

Also, when I attended Conageddon 5 earlier this year, I brought several items from a small business named bymariaandmichele, which offered The 100 merchandise, as well as items from The Rookie, Taylor Swift, Snoopy, Bluey, and many, many more!

Years ago, fans couldn’t access their favorite celebrity unless it was at a public event. Or they just happened to bump into them casually. With the invention of social media, all of that has changed. With Cameo, the personalized video platform, fans can request a clip from their favorite star. Eliza loves the platform, as she loves connecting with people and making their days brighter. Bob Morley is also on the platform, as is Tasya Teles (Echo), Zach McGowan (King Roan), Thomas McDonnell (Finn Collins), Chelsey Reist (Harper), Sachin Sahel (Jackson), and several others from the show.

If you’re strapped for cash but still want to gift something, a print or a poster is a great choice. You can download a high-quality JPEG or PNG (recommended for quality) and have it printed at the local library, where there’s a high-resolution photo printer for a few dollars or even for free. I usually print mine at home, as I own a high-quality Canon printer that can print 11×17 posters, but do whatever works for you.
