The Top 5 OMG’s From The Four Horsemen

The Top 5

The Four Horsemen gave some really epic scenes, emotions, and performances.  Sadly, not all of them can be in The Top 5 OMG’s.  Okay, they all made it in my ever overworked mind, but physically, and time constricting, only five can make it.  Want to see what I have chosen this time around?  Continue below! *Spoilers are ahead.  Continue at your own risk.*

The Top 5 OMG’s From The Four Horsemen

5.  Killing One Person To Save Thousands Is Good Politics”

Where does my integrity and belief of no violence lie with this one?  (Survival violence and crime are not the same thing.)  I guess it waivers when you have to kill someone who is harming and/or killing you, and for the survival of your family.    Roan gives orders to Octavia to kill the one who took the Flame.  Without that, Roan cannot have a decent ruling.  Skairipa obliges, and takes off to do her royal duty.  When the thief is a young girl, and relative of a close friend, Octavia does not do it.  So, instead she kills a looter and brings the fake Flame (Ilian thought he smashed the real one) to Roan, he is upset.  Now, him being the King is going to be that much more difficult.  And nobody wanted an Azgeda leader in the first place.  Oh, the drama!

4.  Meet Gaia, the Daughter Of Indra

One of the more golden aspects of The 100 are the parental and children bonds.  We had Jaha and Wells, Abby and Clarke, the Blake siblings and Aurora, Monty and Hannah, Miller and David, and now we have Indra and Gaia.  And like many child/parent relationships, they will have their bumps in the road.  Gaia left Trikru, much to Indra’s dismay, to lead a full life on Flamekeeper devotion.  Because Gaia is the daughter of Octavia’s idol, she did not kill her.  I can’t wait to see more of this growing relationship between mom and daughter.

3.  The Road To Hopeless Salvation

Jaha was quite the inquisitive fellow in The Four Horsemen, and he was trying his best to make up for his sins.  The one thing about this show is that everyone has committed a sin, and they are trying to redeem themselves.  However, upon Jaha’s research on the doomsday cult leader, Bill Cadogan, he learns that there may be be a possible bomb bunker for everyone’s survival.  Although it is a huge risk, Bellamy and Clarke decide to venture out with him to seek it.  They all find it by Codagan’s childhood home, and revved up by hope, the group checks it out.  However, the bunker failed to be a success as they discovered the radiation seeped through the walls, killing everyone inside.  Now, they have to really patch up the ship to save 100 people, or everyone will be burned.  Burned?  Radiation?  Get it?  Okay then.

2.  Bellamy And Clarke’s Intense and Powerful Dynamic

The arc and construction of Bellamy’s and Clarke’s partnership has been one bumpy, but exquisite experience.   It has proven to be that much more stronger in season four as Bellamy and Clarke rush to save their people, whilst at the same time, saving each other.  It always has been this way, but I think it became more better than ever.  Bellamy believes that if he deserves to live, Clarke should too.  They balance one another out, and that is something very important on the show.  If the dynamic is this good in the first three episodes, then I can’t imagine just how much better it will be as the season continues on.

1.   Nightblood

When Luna arrives at Arkadia with Nyko and her people, they are stricken with Acute Radiation Poisoning.  She begs and pleads with Skaikru to help, despite that she turned down the Flame.  Abby and Jackson work hard, and distributed medicine to Adria, but she passed.  In fact, nearly everyone of Luna’s people’s died, except Luna and Nyko who did eat the irradiated fish.  But why did Luna recovered, and not the rest of her people?  Well, she has something that the others do not.  Luna possesses the precious Nightblood, which stopped the radiation from consuming her.    So, if Nightblood is the answer for survival, how can everyone else get it?  With the new key, there might be another way to unlock the door.
